IAPO Member Poster Exhibition at the 4th Global Patients Congress
by IAPO at 2:25PM Thursday 14 January 2010 (News)
We are pleased to invite members to propose posters to be exhibited at the 4th Global Patients Congress. This is an ideal opportunity to share your work and raise your profile with patient representatives and other stakeholders who will join us in Istanbul.

Posters should be clear and easy to understand.  They should highlight a clear lesson regarding patient involvement. This might be through case studies, for example.  Use a font size which is easy to see from a distance.  Do not include too much information so that your message is clear.  Posters should not exceed A1 (59.4cm x 84.1cm).  Your poster should not include any of the brand names of specific pharmaceutical products or medical devices.  IAPO reserves the right to not display any poster which does not fit with IAPO’s vision, mission and principles as set out in our governing documents, strategic plans and IAPO’s Declaration on Patient-Centred Healthcare.

Please note that in addition to this call for proposals for posters on the specific issue of patient involvement, there is an opportunity for all IAPO members to bring separate materials to the IAPO Congress.  These materials such as leaflets and including posters can be general in nature or relating to specific issues and do not have to be on patient involvement.

If this is something you would be interested in, please contact Rebecca Buckley at info@patientsorganizations.org.
